Founded by Yehoshua Mumba, an athlete with a passion for fitness and fashion. The brand began as a reflection of his lifestyle, which has its roots in football, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and nutrition. It's now evolved into a fitness brand that resonates with millions of bodybuilders and athletes around the world.

The brand came about on international chest day, right in between sets, when the idea flashed in his mind for a brand that would embody the fitness lifestyle — Just Gains® was born.
